The High Season daily surcharge is $9. It applies Dec 20th to Jan 15th and Easter Saturday and Sunday.
Bookings from Dec 25th to Jan 10th require a nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit of $300 per pet, and all booked dates must be paid for.

Yes, we welcome pet owners to visit our facility before booking. We encourage you to arrange a tour in advance so we can provide a personalised walkthrough and answer any questions about our pet boarding and care services.
Our staff provide round-the-clock care, regular health checks, and a safe, secure environment. We have spacious accommodations, daily exercise routines, and experienced caregivers to ensure your pet feels comfortable and happy.
Absolutely! We understand that diet is important for pets, so you’re welcome to bring your pet’s regular food. Just let us know about any special feeding instructions, and we’ll make sure your pet’s diet is maintained.
If your pet becomes unwell, we will promptly contact you and seek veterinary care if needed. We work closely with trusted local vets to ensure your pet gets the best medical attention in case of an emergency.
Yes! We offer updates via email, text, or even photos upon request. If you’d like, you can also give us a call to check in and see how your pet is doing during their stay.
Please bring proof of vaccination, any required medication, special food and clear instructions about your dog’s needs.
You may also bring a familiar blanket or toy to help your dog settle in. Please clearly label all items.
