My dog has various health issues and needs special care. However , the team looked after him very well and kept him safe while I was on holiday. Very happy with everything...thank you to the fabulous kind and caring Brookby team!

Had my two dogs stay for eight nights. One came home with kennel cough and the other with significant weight loss, taking dog to vet as she is not eating, vomiting blood,diarrhea. Do not recommend at all.

They have always taken excellent care of Lily even when she had 8 weeks. You go anytime on pickup and drop off which I always appreciate and they are always friendly

BEWARE BEFORE SENDING YOUR CAT HERE!
I will never, ever leave my cats here again.
One of them got sick a week after being there...went from full health to nearly dead with cat flu and other complications as a result. I have had to spend thousands of dollars on vet and specialist fees and he is not out of the woods yet.
My other cat has come home sneezing and with a gunky eye, so I suspect he will be next. And he stinks of cat pee.
And then they had the audacity to charge me for the full stay even though my cat has been in hospital care during that time and not even with them. And over a thousand dollars in mileage? Did you drive him to Wellington or something??
The worst experience I've had and I would never recommend trusting your pets with these people.

Accommodated my lil cavoodle at the last minute even with me cancelling with them a month before while I was out of the country. Prices are super reasonable. The place is very clean and my lil guy was happy there and seems sad to have left Brookby and his buddies there. 100% recommend and will use them again

Been taking my Labrador here for over a year now. His favourite place!
Also all the girls are super friendly which gives me peace of mind leaving Milo for the day/nights.
